Job Summary

A company is looking for a Controller to provide leadership for their US and offshore Accounting, Payroll, and AP teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with U.S. GAAP
• Lead preparation of financial statements and manage external audit processes
• Direct payroll operations and oversee Accounts Payable and treasury functions

Required Qualifications

• CPA with over 6+ years of experience in public accounting or controllership
• Big 4 public accounting background preferred
• Experience managing offshore teams and understanding of multiple revenue streams
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office and familiarity with financial software such as Microsoft Dynamics
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer service-oriented environment
