A company is looking for a Quality Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Review prescription and service complaints to identify root causes and trends
• Enter quality incidents into the appropriate database tracking system
• Proactively identify process improvement opportunities and support cross-functional coordination

Required Qualifications

• 1+ year of SPRx experience
• 1+ year of data interpretation and analysis experience
• Proven ability to support and manage multi-faceted initiatives
• Flexibility in supporting rapid adjustments to strategy and priorities
• High school diploma and/or equivalent required
