Quality Analyst III

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Quality Analyst III - TRICARE.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate comprehensive reports, graphics, and dashboards to summarize and display data for stakeholders
• Review reports and data to identify patterns and trends, providing management-level summaries of key findings
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and IT to enhance data collection and reporting systems

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, computer science, or a related field is required
• Master's degree in public health, Business Administration, mathematics, statistics, or a related field is preferred
• Minimum of three years of experience in data analysis and/or analytic programming is required
• Minimum of three years of experience with HEDIS or similar healthcare quality performance metrics is required
• Programming experience in SQL, SAS, and preferably DAX/Power BI is required
