Job Summary

A company is looking for a QA Specialist (Contract).

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for external QA vendor, ensuring effective communication and program management
• Organize and enhance existing test suites for improved efficiency and comprehensive coverage
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to create test cases and conduct manual QA tests for MacOS and desktop applications

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on manual QA experience with MacOS and desktop applications
• Experience managing partnerships with external QA vendors
• Ability to document and maintain clear test processes and technical documentation
• Proven skills in triaging, investigating, and resolving technical issues
• Familiarity with automation testing is a plus; coding knowledge is helpful but not required
