Job Summary

A company is looking for a Quality Assurance Provider.

Key Responsibilities

• Conducts quality assurance audits on employees and sub-contracted staff
• Summarizes findings and reports to management
• Develops training materials and conducts presentations for further staff development

Required Qualifications

• 3 years of revenue cycle experience
• Intermediate level of Excel experience
• Associates degree or higher, or equivalent experience in a related field
• Comfortable presenting audit findings in group settings
• Able to teach billing compliance concepts to individuals or groups
