Zur Unterstützung unseres Teams suchen wir eine*n Senior Copywriter (m/w/d).

Stellenbeschreibung

  • Spannende Projekte auf einem internationalen Tabak Kunden.
  • Entwicklung von kanalunabhängigen Leitideen und Kampagnenmechaniken.
  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung (innovativer) Online- und Offline-Kampagnen, Multichannel-Kampagnen und Messaging Entwicklung.
  • Ableiten von Kampagnen-Konzepten aus übergeordneten Strategien für klassische und digitale Medien.
  • Umsetzung der Konzepte in mediengerechte Texte und Entwicklung einer individuellen Sprache innerhalb einer Strategie.
  • Du arbeitest im Team mit Junior Copy Writer, gibst Feedback und stellst sicher, dass Projekte pünktlich und in hoher Qualität abgeschlossen werden.
  • Erstellen und Halten von Präsentationen beim Kunden
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Team (Account Management, Projektmanagement, Strategie) und einbringen individueller Ideen und Stärken

Qualifikationen

  • Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium, eine Ausbildung im Bereich Kommunikation, Journalismus, Marketing oder vergleichbare Kenntnisse.
  • Du hast rund fünf Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren (Digital-) Agentur und ein sehr gutes Gespür für abwechslungsreiche Schreibstile und eloquente Ausdrucksweisen und bist stark in der Entwicklung von Kampagnenkonzepten.
  • Du hast gute Erfahrungen in den Bereichen Multichannel-Kampagnen Entwicklung, Consumer Journeys, E-Retail, E-CRM Konzeption, In-Store Promotion, SEO und Website Texte.
  • Du hast ein hervorragendes Sprachgefühl für aussagekräftige, kreative und begeisterungsfähige Texte und Dich zeichnet Deine innovative Denke und Deine Leidenschaft für exzellente Kreation aus.
  • Du triffst den richtigen Ton bei verschiedenen Zielgruppen und befasst Dich gerne mit neuen Themen.
  • Sehr sicher im Umgang mit der deutschen Grammatik und die Hilfe von KI-Tools beim Erstellen von Texten sind kein Fremdwort für Dich.
  • Du interessierst Dich für neue Trends, digitale Technologien, Social Media und das Web.
  • Du hast eine starke Führungspersönlichkeit, kannst Kreativteams motivieren und leiten und hast Erfahrung im Management von großen Projekten mit hohen Anforderungen.
  • Du verfügst über ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, bist proaktiv und in der Lage, in einem sich schnell verändernden digitalen Umfeld erfolgreich zu agieren.
  • Erste Erfahrungen über Möglichkeiten und gesetzliche Vorschriften bei der Kommunikation von Tabakprodukten wären von Vorteil
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift runden Dein Profil ab.
