Job Summary

A company is looking for a Prospect Research & Portfolio Management Manager (Remote - EST).

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct research on individuals and entities to support fundraising efforts
• Manage prospect assignments and optimize fundraiser portfolios
• Analyze data and generate reports to improve fundraising strategies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
• 5+ years of experience in development or fundraising, with expertise in Prospect Management
• Experience with donor development systems such as Raiser's Edge NXT and Blackbaud Fundraiser Performance Management
• Demonstrated initiative and ability to adapt to changing organizational needs
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism
