Job Summary

A company is looking for a Repair Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Authorize collision repairs and review repair estimates using I-CAR resources
• Negotiate repair costs and issue purchase orders while ensuring adherence to client parameters
• Assist drivers with rental and tow processes and meet key performance indicators

Required Qualifications and Education

• Minimum of two years of automobile adjusting or appraisal experience
• High school diploma required; ASE Body Certification preferred
• Estimating or appraisal certification required within 18 months of hire
• I-Car Platinum Certification required within 18 months of hire
• Customer service experience and familiarity with PC applications
