Benefit Implementation Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Benefit Implementation Specialist responsible for coordinating and executing tasks for the successful implementation of new and renewing customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute tasks associated with group setup for key accounts
• Capture key data and interact with internal stakeholders to address customizations and complications
• Monitor cross-functional tasks and ensure timely installation throughout the implementation/renewal lifecycle

Required Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare and project management preferred
• Ability to quickly learn new processes and tools
• Experience with project management tools
• Direct responsibility for critical tasks within implementation processes
• Availability to work Monday-Friday, typically from 8:30am ET to 5pm ET
