Key Responsibilities

• Manage the entire request for proposal (RFP) response timeline from kick-off to submission
• Collaborate with business development and operations teams to create compelling proposal responses
• Develop original content and edit existing content to ensure alignment with RFP requirements

Required Qualifications and Education

• 3+ years of experience in proposal management
• Bachelor's degree
• Experience in the energy efficiency or utility industry is preferred
• Ability to manage timelines and deadlines effectively
• Self-motivated and adaptable to the RFP lifecycle
