Job Summary

A company is looking for a Policy Service Agent II - REMOTE.

Key Responsibilities

• Process customer applications and inquiries efficiently, utilizing product knowledge to evaluate risks and provide coverage options
• Collaborate with Underwriters to address policy questions and resolve complex issues
• Manage billing inquiries and payments, while completing assigned project work independently

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) required; college degree is a plus
• Active resident Property & Casualty (P&C) license required
• 3-7 years of experience in Property & Casualty Insurance in a customer service environment
• Ability to obtain appropriate P&C equivalent license in other states as needed
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications and internal computer systems
