Job Summary

A company is looking for an Express Agent Inside Sales Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to new express agents to generate engagement and sales opportunities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with express agents, serving as a trusted point of contact
• Manage new agent onboarding webinars and collaborate with the licensing team to ensure a seamless appointment process

Required Qualifications

• Proven track record of achieving activity and/or sales targets in a high-call-volume role
• 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in the commercial insurance industry
• Strong customer service skills and ability to build rapport with agents
• Property and Casualty insurance license strongly preferred
• Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time management abilities
