Key Responsibilities

• Recruit, coach, and mentor a diverse sales team while driving revenue and building customer relationships
• Achieve sales quotas, forecast accurately, and manage the sales process across various channels
• Collaborate cross-functionally to implement sales strategies and engage with clients to remove obstacles

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in leading and managing Commercial and/or Mid-Market sales teams
• Demonstrated success in closing complex sales cycles for B2B SaaS products
• Ability to gather insights from multiple data sources and systems
• Experience collaborating with teams in Product, Engineering, and Marketing
• Passion for the no-code space and interest in web design or development
