Job Summary

A company is looking for a Solution Engineer to join their team.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Sales to design, sell, and support customer solutions using the company's services
• Assist in pre-sale proposal generation, including pricing, equipment design, and technical documentation
• Develop and present technical designs and paperwork for post-sale handoff to Engineering and Service Delivery teams

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in sales engineering
• Knowledge of technology and telecommunications services, including network design
• Understanding of voice, data, Internet, and managed services
• Familiarity with sales strategies and processes
• Customer service orientation
