Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Management Associate - M&A.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead sourcing integration efforts for M&A activities, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and compliance requirements
• Manage MNPI securely and ensure adherence to confidentiality protocols throughout the integration process
• Develop and maintain detailed project tracking systems to monitor progress, milestones, and deliverables

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• Proven track record in project management, specifically in M&A activity integration
• Experience managing MNPI and ensuring compliance with confidentiality standards
• Familiarity with sourcing processes, vendor management, and procurement
• Experience with project management tools; proficiency in Zip is a plus
