Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Management Advisor to serve as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to the Director.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leadership to execute strategic priorities and lead enterprise-level programs
• Analyze large datasets to generate insights for strategic and operational planning
• Develop executive-level presentations and coordinate key leadership forums and events

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of five years of experience in project/program management or strategic operations
• Proficiency in project planning tools and methodologies
• Experience in developing business cases and financial justifications for initiatives
• Ability to manage programs in a matrixed organization
