Job Summary

A company is looking for a Scrum Master to facilitate Agile project delivery and manage team dynamics.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Scrum ceremonies and guide the team in Agile principles
• Manage sprint execution in Asana and track team performance metrics
• Identify and remove team impediments while fostering open communication

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Computer Science, or related field
• 5+ years of experience using Agile methodologies for project management
• Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) is a plus
• Public Trust clearance required
• Experience with Asana or similar project management tools
