Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Project Controls.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute site strategy to enhance CQV services and client relationships
• Drive business growth by identifying expansion opportunities and managing client project initiatives
• Oversee team performance and development, ensuring high-quality project delivery and client satisfaction

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (and/or Masters) in Life Science, Engineering, or related discipline
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in advanced therapy, life science, pharmaceutical, or biotech fields
• At least 6 years of experience managing high-performing teams
• 6 years of experience in business development, lead generation, or sales
• Full COVID-19 vaccination required prior to start date
