Program Manager, Directed Energy

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Manager, Directed Energy.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with the Department of Defense and Directed Energy Industry to identify workforce development gaps and strategies
• Oversee cost, schedule, and technical performance of Directed Energy programs, establishing milestones and monitoring adherence to plans
• Develop new business opportunities and lead complex projects, solving unique problems with broad impact on the business

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a Science, Engineering, or Business field required; an additional 4 years of related experience may substitute for a degree
• 10+ years of experience within the DoD customer environment
• Experience as a program manager or principal investigator
• Experience with workforce and/or organizational development
• US Citizenship with the ability to obtain a Secret security clearance
