Job Summary

A company is looking for a Direct Bill Project Manager, responsible for managing direct bill practices and ensuring client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Onboard new clients and ensure seamless workflow transitions to the Support Center
• Monitor and delegate project tasks within the Support Center based on client needs
• Develop and implement quality control processes while providing monthly reports to leadership

Required Qualifications

• PMP preferred
• Minimum one year of insurance accounting and AMS360 experience
• Experience with Microsoft Office
• Ability to sit for extended periods and maintain a designated work area free of distractions
• Self-motivated and detail-oriented
