Program Manager - Federal Grants

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Manager - Federal Grants Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide full life cycle oversight and strategic direction for multiple federal grant programs
• Serve as a primary liaison between federal agencies, state-level stakeholders, and internal project teams
• Lead and manage diverse teams to achieve program goals and ensure compliance with performance standards

Required Qualifications

• Five (5) years of experience applying project management methodologies
• Five plus (5+) years of experience working with federal grants on a national or state level
• Bachelor's or graduate degree in management, public administration, or a related field (preferred)
• Experience using TeamMate+ or similar monitoring platforms
• Familiarity with federal grants policy and audit frameworks
