A company is looking for a Program Manager to oversee remote teams and improve performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct interviews and onboard new hires while ensuring their successful accreditation and performance
• Maintain team morale, reduce attrition, and drive innovations for improved performance
• Monitor team compliance with SLAs and KPIs, providing coaching and implementing business policy updates

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as an Operations or Program Manager managing remote teams of 15+ individuals
• Proven track record in developing and implementing process improvements impacting KPI/SLA attainment
• Experience in coaching and supporting team members to enhance performance
• Highly organized with a focus on continuous improvement and delivering exceptional results
• Degree in Business, Communications, or Information Technology preferred
