Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end program management for Responsible AI initiatives, ensuring timely delivery of milestones
• Develop roadmaps and execution plans, partnering with cross-functional teams to implement ethical AI standards
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with ML models while translating Responsible AI principles into actionable policies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
• 7+ years of experience in program or product management, preferably in AI or machine learning
• Strong understanding of Responsible AI principles, including fairness, accountability, and ethics
• Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional engineering programs
• Excellent risk management and mitigation skills in AI/ML contexts
