Job Summary

A company is looking for a PMO Manager to oversee the Project Management Office and drive strategic business initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of strategic projects and initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives
• Implement and refine PMO methodologies and support Agile/Scrum adoption
• Mentor and develop the Project Management team to enhance their skills and career growth

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years of project management and PMO experience, preferably in a professional services setting
• Expertise in PMO governance, process implementation, and project portfolio management
• Proven ability to mentor and develop individuals at various experience levels
• Experience in leading and delivering strategic and IT projects
• Strong understanding of change management processes and organizational change methodologies
