Production Delivery Team Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Production Delivery Team Lead to oversee shipping operations and ensure timely and quality deliveries.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise the shipping team to ensure timely, accurate, and quality shipments
• Package and ship over 1,000 monthly items using FedEx and other carriers
• Oversee inventory management and perform final quality control checks before shipments leave the facility

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of supervisory experience in a high-volume shipping/mailing environment
• Strong knowledge of FedEx, USPS, and LTL shipping procedures and software
• Proficiency in FedEx Ship Manager and other mailing and shipping platforms
• Familiarity with USPS mail preparation across multiple mail classifications
• Experience using print management software, Google Workspace, and Slack
