Product Owner - Licensed Agent Portal

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Owner - CareScout/USLI Agent Portal.

Key Responsibilities

• Build strong partnerships across Technology, Marketing, Operations, Sales, and Legal stakeholders
• Maintain and prioritize a transparent product backlog with clear acceptance criteria and ensure readiness for development
• Analyze customer feedback to identify product optimization opportunities and facilitate requirement gathering workshops

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• 4-5 years of experience in developing digital capabilities within Scrum/Agile frameworks
• Experience managing multiple projects and priorities
• MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a plus
• Experience with eCommerce product management and UX optimization is preferred
