Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Salesforce Platforms to lead the evolution of their multi-cloud Salesforce footprint.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the strategy and roadmaps for Salesforce platforms and manage relationships with stakeholders
• Mentor and support Salesforce developers and administrators while ensuring project alignment and prioritization
• Implement user adoption strategies and maintain data integrity across Salesforce systems

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, technology, engineering, or a related field
• 7+ years of experience in a Salesforce Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role
• Proven experience leading cross-functional teams in an agile environment
• Strong understanding of Salesforce capabilities, integrations, and data architecture
• Possession of one or more Salesforce certifications is highly desirable
