• Proficiency in using analytical tools like Google Spreadsheets and online analytics platforms
• Familiarity with no-code tools for implementing ideas to improve acquisition
• Experience in taking customer calls to gather insights for improving acquisition strategies
• Willingness to complete call center operations training and engage with customers directly
