Key Responsibilities

• Develop persona-specific playbooks and field toolkits, including talk tracks and objection handling guides
• Maintain and evolve pitch decks to ensure they are compelling and aligned with product advancements
• Launch and manage onboarding and continuous training paths for the sales team

Required Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in product marketing, sales enablement, or a related field, preferably in technology or AI
• Proven track record of successful sales enablement program development and execution
• Experience in creating persona-specific sales playbooks and sales collateral
• Strong understanding of sales cycles and buyer journeys
• Analytical mindset with experience in tracking and reporting on enablement program effectiveness
