Job Summary

A company is looking for a Part-Time Temp Event/Cvent Specialist to support the events team.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and execution of corporate, internal, and client-facing events using Cvent software
• Create, manage, and update event registration websites and invitations in Cvent
• Monitor registration metrics and provide timely reporting and insights to the events team

Qualifications & Skills

• 2+ years of hands-on Cvent experience (required)
• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work independently and adapt quickly to changing priorities
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
