Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Counsel, Regulatory.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing compliance programs related to federal, state, and local laws for loan products
• Advise on regulatory matters and manage outside legal counsel as necessary
• Draft legal documents and create Company policies, procedures, and programs

Required Qualifications

• Law degree and admission to a state bar
• Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations in consumer lending and financial services
• Three to ten years of experience in the legal field
• Experience advising on legal issues in consumer lending and technology
• Ability to conduct legal research and draft memoranda
