Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal UX Researcher, Growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, design, and conduct high-impact research on customer experiences that drive growth
• Analyze large datasets to identify patterns in customer behavior related to activation and retention
• Partner with the Product Leadership Team to provide insights and recommendations based on research findings

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in UX research
• Expert knowledge of mixed research methods, including statistical analysis
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from large datasets
• Master's degree or Ph.D. in a relevant field preferred
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
