Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Research Manager to oversee the management of oncology clinical trials.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and implement new research studies, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Oversee ongoing research studies, ensuring quality assurance and monitoring profitability
• Direct financial management of the clinical research unit and participate in staff selection and training

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or higher (Master's or PhD)
• 6 years of related experience with a Bachelor's Degree or 4 years with a Master's Degree or 3 years with a PhD
• Prior experience in clinical research mentoring is preferred
• Basic Life Support certification may be required based on study protocols
• CPR AED certification may be required based on study protocols
