Support strategic development & long-term planning of vehicle options, retrofitting parts, and Porsche Lifestyle business
Proactively monitor and analyse pricing and option trends both within Porsche models and in comparison, to competitors, recommending adjustments to maintain competitiveness and profitability
Take initiative in the management of pricing and product offerings, ensuring that product configurations and pricing are optimised for market demand, relevant, and aligned with global strategic objectives
Develop and implement local product and pricing strategies for Porsche Lifestyle products
Manage and maintain internal sales systems, and support markets in system maintenance related topics
Provide training to regional teams on systems, processes, and product knowledge to ensure effective strategy execution across markets
Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, sales, marketing, and free importer markets, to ensure smooth execution of pricing strategies and the alignment of cross-functional objective
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, engineering, or related degree
Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience in automotive, business planning or related business area
Highly motivated team player with a strong analytical and innovative mindset, communication skills, and attention to detail, and has aa solution-oriented attitude
Well-established project management skills, and aptitude for managing multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
Willingness to work in a multicultural environment
Fluency in written and spoken English language as a minimum. Knowledge of German language would be an advantage
