Surreal is where the world’s leading talent manages their AI likeness. We’re still under wraps, but thrilled to share more with you privately.
As Surreal’s founding Product Manager, you’ll report to our COO who runs Product. You’ll collaborate closely with the executive team and be a key product leader in shaping and implementing Surreal’s strategy. Your mission is to craft high-quality experiences that the most notable and talented figures in the world will use to manage their AI business.
Builders only; managers need not apply. We’re focused on finding the right person who is just as comfortable contributing to the product vision as they are validating new features coming across the line.
You must have built and shipped products in a zero-to-one environment and take great craft in what you build. We don’t aim to put MVP software in the hands of this particular customer base; it must be functional, robust, and delightful.
We’re immersed in AI and assume you are as well.
Here are some other skills we’d love to see in you:
Perspective: You see the big picture but obsess over the tiniest details.
Communication: You speak fluent user, engineer, and business.
Opinionated: You bring critical thought and strong opinions to the table; backed up data, customer discussions, and product vision.
Builder: You have a variety of skills, whether you are sketching flowcharts, creating databases of information, organizing concise documentation, or synthesizing information to a roadmap.
Resilient: You don’t give up easily, don’t waste time doing things the hard way, and can keep up with a fast and dynamic space.
