Role Overview:

The Performance Marketing Manager will oversee the strategy, execution, and performance of all paid marketing campaigns. This role requires a data-driven marketer with a proven track record in scaling inbound lead generation through paid media.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the overall performance marketing strategy to drive lead generation and customer acquisition.
• Manage and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Allocate and manage the marketing budget efficiently, focusing on ROI and growth.
• Analyze campaign performance metrics, generate reports, and recommend optimizations.
• Collaborate with the media buyer, content writer, and graphic designer to align messaging and creatives with marketing objectives.
• Implement marketing automation tools and CRM integrations to enhance lead nurturing.
• Conduct competitor analysis and stay updated on industry trends.

• 4+ years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in a B2B environment.
• Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Ads, and marketing automation tools.
• Advanced knowledge of data analytics, attribution modeling, and conversion rate optimization.
• Excellent leadership, project management, and analytical skills.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present data-driven insights clearly.
