The Opportunity:

The Head of Brand Integrated Marketing is responsible for leading the development and execution of cohesive brand marketing strategies that align with the company's overall vision. This role ensures a unified approach across all marketing channels, including partnerships, influencers, social media, PR, creative campaigns, and brand community efforts. The Head of Brand Integrated Marketing will oversee a team of managers and ensure all initiatives work together to strengthen the brand, engage consumers, and drive business growth.


What you will do at VeSync:

Develop & Execute Brand Marketing Strategy:

Lead the creation and implementation of cohesive brand marketing strategies that align with the company’s vision. Ensure all marketing efforts work together to strengthen brand positioning, engage consumers, and drive business growth.


Ensure Cross-Channel Integration:

Oversee and unify marketing initiatives across partnerships, influencers, social media, PR, creative campaigns, and brand community efforts to create a seamless and compelling brand presence.


Drive Brand Awareness & Consumer Engagement:

Develop initiatives to increase brand awareness, search volume, and share of voice. Enhance customer engagement through targeted storytelling, social media interactions, and innovative content strategies.


Optimize Campaign Performance & ROI:

Monitor and analyze campaign effectiveness, engagement, and conversion rates. Use data-driven insights to optimize marketing efforts, ensuring maximum ROI and cost-effectiveness by reviewing the overall MER (Marketing Efficiency Rate).


Strengthen Customer Loyalty & Retention:

Implement strategies to enhance customer loyalty and repeat purchases. Oversee loyalty programs, customer engagement initiatives, and satisfaction metrics to drive long-term brand affinity.


Leverage Influencer & Partnership Marketing:

Develop and manage strategic partnerships and influencer collaborations to amplify brand reach, drive engagement, and contribute to sales growth. Continuously assess performance to refine strategies.


Lead & Develop a High-Performing Team:

Build and mentor a team of brand marketing managers, fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity, and data-driven decision-making. Ensure alignment across teams and external partners for consistent brand execution.

What you bring to the role:

10+ years of experience in brand marketing, integrated marketing, or related fields

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (MBA preferred)

A proven track record of leading successful multi-channel campaigns.

Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience mentoring and developing high-performing marketing teams.

Expertise in partnerships, influencer marketing, social media, PR, creative campaigns, and community engagement to drive brand advocacy and build positive perceptions

Strategic thinker with excellent communication and storytelling abilities to drive brand messaging and consumer engagement.

Data-driven mindset with proficiency in marketing analytics, including Marketing Efficiency Rate (MER), Blended ROAS, and campaign ROI measurement.

Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools, CRM platforms, content management systems, and social media analytics.

Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with creative, product, and performance marketing teams to ensure brand alignment.

Strong project management skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.


Location: This is an on-site, office-based role in Tustin, CA.

Salary: $165,000+ Annually
