We’re looking for a product manager for our Marketing engineering teams in our Tallinn office. In this role, you’ll get a chance to work with our awesome and talented engineering teams on making our internal Marketing teams more successful. You’ll be working on exciting products such as Pipedrive’s website, Signup funnel, Content Management Systems, and other internal platforms. If you’re someone who loves data-driven decision-making, knows their way around in Marketing business domains, is eager to learn about customer (internal and external) needs and delve deep into technical problems to build the best scalable and innovative solutions for our customers, we’d love to meet you!



Your new adventure:
  • Learn your areas vision and strategy to understand our focus and ideal future state 
  • Empathize with and advocate for our customers (both internal and external)
  • Lead the way to identify top customer pains and the journey to resolve them 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and internal stakeholders from Customer Facing Teams, product designers and engineers to develop the best solutions for our internal (and external) customers
  • Build alignment across teams and stakeholders by crafting comprehensible problem/opportunity statements and a clear roadmap and narrative for your area 
  • Experiment, innovate and seek new ways to bring us closer to our customer and commercial objectives
  • Get to know, work with and learn from the best talents in the industry


Does this sound like you?
  • At least 3 years of experience in product management
  • Experience in working with Marketing or internal stakeholders
  • Fluency in English 
  • Experience with generative research (including interviews and data analysis) to discover new insights about existing customer needs, product usage and market trends in the area of ownership
  • The ability to work with bigger problem spaces and break them down into smaller well-defined problems and actionable steps
  • Great communication skills for effective collaboration, including active listening and providing relevant feedback
  • A clear understanding of the product management lifecycle 
  • Experience with common methods for analyzing and prioritizing customer needs (such as user journey or story mapping)
  • The ability to set reasonable, relevant and measurable goals
  • Proven experience with effectively aligning and managing a roadmap, limiting the dependencies with other teams
  • Proficiency with data analysis tools for product and business metrics analysis 
  • Experience with conducting forms of discovery e.g experiments and A/B testing is a plus
