Job Summary

A company is looking for a Physician MD/DO with CA/TX/PA License.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality telehealth care focused on prevention and chronic disease management for older adults (65+)
• Provide feedback on clinical protocols, documentation standards, and scalable workflows
• Use EMR for documenting patient information and collaborate with care coordinators and health coaches to develop personalized care plans

Required Qualifications

• MD/DO in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or Lifestyle Medicine
• Active and unrestricted medical licenses in CA, TX, and/or PA
• 5+ years of clinical experience
• 2+ years experience in telehealth with proficiency in EMRs and communication tools
• Strong foundation in preventive and lifestyle-focused care
