Job Summary

A company is looking for a Claims Compliance Process Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise a cross-functional team responsible for claims compliance operations and litigation support
• Lead the research and application of state-specific claims handling regulations and oversee compliance initiatives
• Manage internal audits and compliance reviews, ensuring adherence to standards and providing actionable recommendations

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of claims compliance experience or 5 years of property claims handling experience with a current adjuster license in Florida
• Claims leadership experience of at least 2 to 3 years
• Understanding of homeowners and personal auto claims compliance is a plus
• Proficient in Excel/Google Spreadsheets
• Experience with process management or process improvement projects
