Job Summary

A company is looking for a Call Centre / Phone Sales Manager to drive phone sales initiatives and lead a sales team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor a team of phone sales representatives to meet sales targets

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in sales, with at least 3 years in a managerial role
• Proven track record of achieving sales goals and enhancing team performance
• Strong analytical abilities, with a data-driven mindset
• Proficient in G-Suite and CRM Software
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
