Pharmacist Formulary Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Formulary Operations Manager responsible for operational support in formulary management and utilization processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Define, configure, and maintain formularies for Commercial and Exchange lines of business
• Provide strategic and operational support for custom formulary configuration and quality control
• Collaborate cross-functionally to analyze drug use trends and develop formulary management programs

Required Qualifications

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) Degree from an accredited institution
• Current, unrestricted registered pharmacist license(s)
• 2-3 years of formulary experience in a health plan or PBM preferred
• Knowledge of formulary development processes and specialty medications
• Experience with large datasets preferred
