Job Summary

A company is looking for a Subcontract Administrator, Level II to provide cradle to grave subcontracts support for the Health & Civilian Sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer full life cycle subcontract management activities, including proposal support, negotiations, and subcontract administration
• Collaborate with leadership to develop strategies for managing subcontractor performance and ensure compliance with contract requirements
• Monitor supplier compliance and resolve performance issues in coordination with operational leadership

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2-5 years of relevant experience, or equivalent experience in lieu of a degree
• Experience with Contractor Purchasing System Reviews (CPSRs) and federal subcontracting regulations
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Working knowledge of the FAR and DFARS
• Experience in subcontract negotiation and administration
