Job Summary

A company is looking for an Obstetrics Care Provider (CNM or NP - TN License).

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee medical care and improve clinical outcomes for empaneled patients
• Attend clinical huddles and collaborate with clinical teams on patient care
• Develop care plans and review complex patient cases while monitoring adverse events

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Active compact RN license and APP license in Tennessee
• Minimum of 4 years of obstetrics experience as an APP, including high-risk patient care
• Experience using data to enhance patient engagement and outcomes
• NP or CNM with significant obstetrics experience and some infant care experience
• Willingness to obtain licenses in all US states
