Job Summary

A company is looking for an Insurance Call Center Sales Agent who will work from home.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance products
  • Establish strong customer and community relationships to develop additional leads and referrals
  • Maintain partnerships with insurance company representatives and underwriters
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • An active Personal Lines or Property & Casualty license
  • 2+ years of sales experience in Personal Lines Insurance (home & auto)
  • Experience selling in multiple states or with multiple carriers
  • Proficiency in navigating various software, including CRM and agency management systems
  • Availability to work Mondays - Fridays from 9:30am - 6pm ET plus one late night
