Job Summary

A company is looking for a People Experience Specialist, Clinicians - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to clinician inquiries and resolve issues related to payroll, benefits, and HR policies
• Document case details and escalate complex cases to relevant departments
• Utilize resources to provide accurate responses and maintain effective communication

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of equivalent work experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Experience working with clinician populations is preferred
• Proficient in HRIS and/or case management is a plus
