University Recruiting Specialist- Dental Industry

Location: Texas Market- San Antonio, Austin, Houston, Dallas, Fort Worth.

As we expand, we seek a talented University Recruitment Specialist to help us recruit top-tier talent from dental schools nationwide.

Position Overview: As a University Recruitment Specialist in the dental field, you will build and nurture relationships with dental schools, faculty, students, and other academic partners. You’ll play a pivotal role in recruiting dental students and recent graduates to join our organization, ensuring we continue growing with talented, driven, and skilled professionals passionate about patient care and career development. This role will require travel and leading career fair activities across multiple locations and dental schools. 

Key Responsibilities:

Campus Outreach & Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong partnerships with dental schools, student organizations, and faculty to increase our brand presence and attract top talent.

Recruitment Strategy: Develop and execute recruitment strategies targeting dental students and recent graduates, utilizing career fairs, networking events, digital platforms, and on-campus presentations.

Candidate Screening & Interviewing: Manage the recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and coordinating hiring efforts with dental teams.

Internship & Residency Program Management: Promote and manage internship or residency programs that create a pipeline for future full-time positions.

Brand Ambassadorship: Represent our organization at career fairs, networking events, and other recruitment events to share our mission and values with prospective candidates.

Data-Driven Reporting: Track recruitment metrics, including outreach efforts, candidate engagement, and hiring success rates, to continuously refine recruitment strategies.

Professional Development Support: Guide candidates throughout the hiring process and provide career advice and growth opportunities to ensure they feel confident in their career paths.

• Must be located in the Texas market, San Antonio, Austin, Houston, Dallas, Fort Worth greater areas

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within healthcare or the dental industry
• Strong network within dental schools or student organizations a plus
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Passion for fostering relationships and building diverse, talented teams
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
• Familiarity with recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ICIMS or similar)
