Part Time File Clerk - Human Resources Shared Services

$15 Per Hour 

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 9am-5:30pm  (30 min lunch) 

The Human Resources Admin Assistant ensures that all personnel files are accounted for and complete.  You will be working in our Associate Resource Center and be responsible for scanning and uploading our files for dealership teammates.  This is a very key position and requires extreme organization and patience.  

 Duties and Responsibilities:

• Having a positive attitude is #1 & Team Player
• Organize, scan and upload all paperwork for teammate files into our online file system
• Any other duties as assigned by supervisors

Qualifications:

• Computer experience is required
• Self-motivated; able to effectively prioritize tasks and organize schedule.  Able to work on your own and takes initiative
• Basic working knowledge of how to file
• Good interpersonal and oral communication skills.  We have a small office setting and work closely with one another.  The ability to be a team player and help where needed
• All applicants must be authorized to work in the USA
• All applicants must perform duties and responsibilities in a safe manner
• All applicants must be able to demonstrate ability to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, drug test, credit report, and valid driver license
