Job Summary

A company is looking for a PBM Regional Sales Lead to provide expert pharmacy leadership and develop sales strategies in the 0500 Segment.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed annual sales goals by collaborating with sales channel partners
• Provide consultative expertise in promoting pharmacy services and manage sales activities
• Lead internal and external sales meetings, including RFP analysis and strategy documentation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 2+ years of experience in the PBM sector, including product and pricing knowledge
• Sales or direct client management experience
• Strong strategic and analytical skills
• Well-developed relationship management abilities
