PBM Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a PBM Business Analyst to support a leading health insurance client remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Interpret and analyze business needs by gathering, documenting, and validating requirements
• Serve as the liaison between business stakeholders and IT/software development teams
• Lead user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide guidance to end users on systems and processes

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) operations and eligibility
• Experience with FACETS or similar healthcare administration systems
• Proven ability to document requirements for complex systems
• Experience leading UAT and issue resolution across teams
• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field preferred
